today will be something
else, rather something not from polish kitchen. Generally I try to
convince everybody, that Poland have the best kitchen around the
world, but....
...I'm studying french
philology, so french tastes are also close for me.
A couple of years I've tried
for the first time my TARTE TATIN... I loved it.
If you interested in
culinary, you know this cake certainly. Apples, carmel, butter,
cinnamon...outrageously delicious!
My tart never looks perfect,
so if you do this first time, don't worry! Next will be better.
Remember, taste is the most important. :)
Ingredients:
6 apples (I use ''boskop''
ones)
pie crust dough prepared
earlier
100g butter
250g sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
I'm serving with vanilla ice
cream. :)
