Strawberries

Strawberries: full of good

Strawberries contain potassium, vitamin K and magnesium which are important for bone health.
They have alco anti-aging properties. Strawberries are filled with biotin, which helps build strong hair and nails. They also contain the antioxidant ellagic acid, which protects the elastic fibers in our skin to prevent sagging. Recently, studies show freeze-dried strawberry powder may help prevent human oesophageal cancer.
If you’re not already a fan of strawberries, you should be.:) But probably, I don't know any person who doesn't like this delicious.

I prepare today strawberries crumble. :)

The Age of Adaline

After miraculously ''remaining'' 29 years old for almost 80 years, Adaline Bowman (Blake Lively) has lived a solitary existence, never allowing herself to get close to anyone who might reveal her secret.
But a charismatic philanthropist Ellis Jones (Michiel Huisman) change her life. Adaline regains her passion and desire to love. Everything turn for the better... By the time...Things get complicated when a weekend with his parents (Harrison Ford!!!) threatens to uncover the truth.

Generally I expected more. The story recall a less complicated version The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Obvious logical questions are ignored. However, issues regarding her immortality were very strangely explained. Pseudo-scientific explanation didn't fit completely into the film. However, cast deserves attention. Blake Lively is hipnotic, even I don't know whether the reason is her beauty or her acting? In film we can also see Harrison Ford, already mature, but probably even better.
I am also sensitive to beautiful costumes and I wasn't disappointed :)

In total: the film medium, but if you want spend a time agreeably, not see the movie ambitious and demanding reflection, The Age of Adaline is perfect.

Duda

Why Poland voted on Duda? If you want to read an interesting interview on this topic, in the new Newsweek edition, journalist Aleksandra Pawlicka asks philosopher and publicist Agata Bielik-Robson, which I really appreciate, about that. She raises a very important matter. The fact that someone fought for freedom of our country, no longer counts today, especially in the opinion of young people. She uses the term ''combatant'' in the contexte of Komorowski. The argument of fight for Poland doesn't convince young voters. But why? What's important for the young generation? What motives guided them in choosing the president? All of this you can found in this conservation.

Water

Drinking water is very important, that's what everyone know. But in practice who drink 2 liters of water? And whether two liters is enough? How much water should you drink each day? In truth, that depends on many factors, inter alia your health, how active you are and where you live.
There's no ideal solution. Water constitute 60 percent of your body weight. We are made up of water. All processes depend on water.

-water flushes toxins out of vital organs
-carries nutrients to your cells
-provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to very negative consequences. Dehydration can drain your energy and make us tired. That's why we need to remember to drink regularly. Of course water it's not just drinks and water, food also contains water. 8 glasses of water is daily total, but it's about all fluids you consume.

Summer is coming, then we're most prone to sweating and losing water. Drinking the right amount of water we will feel better and healthier.
